Installed new heating element and both parts in #279769 (thermal cutoff and HL t-stat). Troubleshooting: Tested continuity at element (bad), thermal fuse (good), thermal cutoff (bad) and HL t-stat (good). Replaced both parts in #279769, just in case + the new element .
