How to replace User Interface (Platinum). The troubleshooting guide indicated a faulty main control board so we ordered one. That did not fix the problem so I called the Appliance Pros help line. They sent out another board, thinking we could have gotten a defective new board. Still the same symptoms so I sent those 2 boards back for full credit and ordered the "interface" board. The dryer has been operating fine since then. It was a pleasure dealing with an American company and talking to people in the USA!
