My Samsung dryer wouldn't shut off after a cycle. Only way to get it to stop tumbling was to open the dryer door or pull the plug. After doing some research, finding others who had the same issue and finding that others had fixed this issue by replacing the main controller board, I decided to order the part at Appliance Parts Pros. They had the best price and the most information on their web site compared to other parts stores. The main board arrived in a few days and was incredibly easy to install. Two screws...top panel lifted off...pulled the controller board cover...snapped a picture to reference where the wires all went...pulled the old board...installed new board...re-connected wires...put it all back together...voila! Sanity restored!! The whole job took maybe 10 minutes. So easy. I don't know exactly how much money I saved but I'm sure it was at least a few hundred bucks. The dryer is fixed, the price was awesome, and the shipping was super fast. Thank you so much for a great shopping experience!
