Replaced inlet valve. Took a while to diagnose, I could see water in the base after the cycles were complete, it would be present in the center of the base. What I couldn't see was the water that dripped into a channel directly under the water inlet valve. When the water under the valve channel reached a certain level, it would flow into the center of the base. The video for the replacement of the valve was great and made the repair easy.
