It's important to know your model number first. Then go to YouTube and watch the video on how to remove the power board. (It's located in the front, under the freezer. Once removed, look inside the old power board for the part number. You will now find the part to repair. This is a 30 minute repair. We have had no problems and the part worked perfectly.
