First, I'd like to say I don't think enough people take the time to let everyone know how great their experiences are compared to negative ones they have! With that said AppliancePartsPros.com has been hands down one of the BEST shopping experiences I've ever had in any retail environment. I work for the largest online retailer and even they couldn't compete with the quality of service i received. I thought my oven was ruined when it caught on fire and that i had to replace the whole thing. When looking for a new oven i came across elements for sale which was what caught on fire so i started to investigate that and how to replace them which lead me to AppliancePartsPros.com. I'm not very handy at all but after talking to the online tech he walked me through on how to find the model number for the part i needed. He even provided me with the link to order the exact part i needed. Once my order was placed which was also cheaper (even with shipping) than even going to Home Depot or Lowe's. I got an email confirming my order and a tracking number. I had an issue with my tracking number not showing any information after i emailed the customer service department with in a half an hour Amber replied to my email and informed me of the processing time and that the tracking number will be active soon. With that being said my order arrived 2 days later as scheduled even on a Saturday which i was not expecting thinking it was 2 business days. Although i hope nothing else in my house breaks if it does and i can fix it These guys will definitely be my first stop!
