First I watched your video then started checking around. My brother, Barry Benoit had ordered his second element from you folks ( His wife cooks a whole lot ) and when I mentioned I was searching for a local store for an element, and that I had gone to the dealer to probably just get the part from them, Barry immediately said to scrap that and he dug out your phone number and e-mail address. I then ordered my part from you.
Companies spend tons of dollars advertising their product. But one satisfied customer can do as much good as thousands of dollars spend in ads. Which brings us here. I am now a satisfied customer and of course I will recommend you to anyone I hear of that may need parts. It's that simple. Life doesn't have to get complicated, now does it.
