After clearing ice from the freezer fan area (twice) did not solve the problem, we presumed that the freezer fan/motor had stopped functioning. We looked up the parts on AppliancePartsPros website and ordered. The parts arrived within a day and a half. After watching a couple of installation videos, the parts were fairly easily replaced using standard screwdrivers.
