The technician first replaced a switch at the compressor, then said compressor was bad & replaced that, all to the tune of $308. I argues with them about the control board & told them where it was. Their response was "There is no board down there". After he finally looked down there & finding the board, suggested I order it!! I ordered both lower & upper boards as you suggested. When they came in, I installed both of them myself & now refrigerator is working fine.
I will also add:__I am an 84 year old woman. I will also add, the first board that was sent didn't have both of the wiring harnesses, so you sent another one that did. I will now return the original board that was sent. And will also order from you on any other occasion that I may need, as this was the 2nd time I have ordered from you.
