Researching the error code on the internet led me to think I had a faulty control board. I cleaned the ribbon as suggested and it worked for a day before giving the error code again. After looking at the part during the first repair attempt, I realized the control board can easily be switched out. I ordered a replacement control board from AppliancePartsPros.com and replaced it. After cutting power and removing the side trim to the oven, I unscrewed the keypad control. Then I carefully pulled out the connection plugs, taking note of the location of the connection on the new control board, and kept the sister board aside. I connected the new board and the sister board and it worked! There was an issue of getting one connection to fit next to another part, but I eventually got it connected. Other than that it was an easy fix.
