Trouble shooting needed to be more specific. There were 5 pins to check. 3 are load and 2 were for the tachometer. The load (red white & blue/go USA) should have a reading, in pairs of 1-7 ohms on multimeter. The 2 small RED wire pins should have the reading of 115 ohms. Mine showed zero, hence the tachometer on the back of the drive motor did not work. You can't buy, per say, the tachometer in this country. Or you can wait weeks. Most of the forums and videos I saw said the most common problem was the MCU (motor control unit). Check the motor first.
