Disconnected ribbon cable to keypad to make sure that was the problem - it was. Ordered the part and had it delivered in 2 quick days. Easy repair, just required removing several nuts holding on the panel and then disconnecting the ribbon cable. Probably less than 30 minutes for the whole replacement.
