Mariah R Panama City , FL April 24, 2015 My fiancée broke the knob and stud off the timer i needed to replace timer and knob I first received the quality parts in less than 2 days. It took me 5 minutes to change out the timer and 2 of the minutes were finding where my fiancée put the Phillips head screwdriver. Unplug dryer first, remove top three screws from back panel. Pull old timer up and out, have new timer in hand and transfer one wire at a time. Once all wires are transferred, snap the new timer in its place. Replace your three screws, put knob on timer. Plug in dryer and test. Once completed, cleanup your mess. You know the lint and missing sox from your fiancée on the side and in back of the dryer. It was easy and I'm a women. 120 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes
