Mariah R Panama City , FL April 24, 2015 My fiancée broke the knob and stud off the timer i needed to replace timer and knob I first received the quality parts in less than 2 days. It took me 5 minutes to change out the timer and 2 of the minutes were finding where my fiancée put the Phillips head screwdriver. Unplug dryer first, remove top three screws from back panel. Pull old timer up and out, have new timer in hand and transfer one wire at a time. Once all wires are transferred, snap the new timer in its place. Replace your three screws, put knob on timer. Yolanda D Hickory Hills , IL July 11, 2014 The knob on my dryer would not turn so i removed it and found there was a crack inside I asked my neighbor if he knew where I could get a replacement and his wife immediately went to the computer and looked up the information, she told me they have used your company for replacement parts many times. She sent me the link and the knob information with the information I gave her about my dryer (model, make), I ordered the part that evening (weekend) and had it by two business days later. I also watched the video to see how to attach the knob and it was so simple. The video was very helpful. Peter A Dallas , OR December 16, 2014 Appliance: General Electric Electric Dryer EED5600G1WW The timer was sticking to the point where the knobs were stripping out I unscrewed the 3 Phillips screws on the back of the dryer controls housing, then it folds forward for access to each control switch. the old one popped out, and I swapped the wires using a needle nose pliers, one by one, from the old switch to the new switch. The part was an exact fit, and popped right back into the housing. I screwed the 3 screws back in, pushed on the new knob, and it looks and works like new !
