The door latch was broken in half and when you shut the door it wouldn't register. Thus, the microwave couldn't turn on. I first consulted YouTube and saw how easy it was. It was easy to take off the door, ply the plastic off around the door frame to get to the latch. Once I got the new door latch on it works great.
