The freezer would cool down to 0 degrees after being plugged in but once it hit zero the freezer failed to keep it there, it would warm back to room temp. I ordered the cold control knob and it came very quickly! It did come with directions but failed to address what terminal you plug the black and yellow wires into. I checked online and ultimately called AppliancePartsPros and they forwarded me to a technician. He said it didn't matter so I plugged in the two wires and it has been a week and the freezer is running like new. It is a very easy fix!
