Replaced the upper and lower cam riser (plastic parts) on the lower hinge. APP's YouTube video was the reason I decided I could do this myself. My daughter helped. :)
Tip: replace both the upper and lower even though the lower usually breaks first. The upper will sustain damage from the jagged edges of the broken lower one. I also bought the replacements for the refrigerator side. They cost less than the freight charge and seems like they will fail eventually since they're the same design.
