I entered the part number a customer of yours described how they had solved the same problem I was experiencing. I ordered the control, (you got it to me in 2 days; THANK YOU VERY MUCH) followed the previous customer's instructions, problem solved. Popped the control panel off with a putty knife, replaced the defective unit.
