I went on you tube and found helpful videos. First I cleaned out the coin trap. Then checked the door lock, then replaced the pump. Finally I checked the main control board and found a burnt out resistor and diode. I ordered a new one from AppliancePartsPros and received it in 2 days. I installed it and we are washing clothes again. Super service. I can't thank AppliancePartsPros enough.
