Dedra D New Port Richey , FL July 11, 2014 Appliance: Frigidaire Washer ATF7000ES1 Wouldn't spin it would start to spin then stop error code indicated main control board was the problem Fortunately, I was blessed with a man who used to have his own appliance business many years ago when appliances were less complicated; and, he has been in the HVAC business for over 30 years; so, I guess one could say he knows his way around this type of stuff. Plus, a year we faced the same issue with our dryer control board, so he learned something new then - control boards on appliances. Once we found the part at a reasonable price and ordered it, I was EXTREMELY pleased at how quickly AppliancePartsPros processed my order and put it in the mail. I received it within a day. Once received my husband promptly put on the new control board and I have been back in business of doing my laundry. I would like to say thank you for your excellent customer service. First I cleaned out the coin trap. Then checked the door lock, then replaced the pump. Finally I checked the main control board and found a burnt out resistor and diode. I ordered a new one from AppliancePartsPros and received it in 2 days. I installed it and we are washing clothes again. Super service. I can't thank AppliancePartsPros enough. Thank you.
