Dedra D New Port Richey , FL July 11, 2014 Appliance: Frigidaire Washer ATF7000ES1 Wouldn't spin it would start to spin then stop error code indicated main control board was the problem Fortunately, I was blessed with a man who used to have his own appliance business many years ago when appliances were less complicated; and, he has been in the HVAC business for over 30 years; so, I guess one could say he knows his way around this type of stuff. Plus, a year we faced the same issue with our dryer control board, so he learned something new then - control boards on appliances. Once we found the part at a reasonable price and ordered it, I was EXTREMELY pleased at how quickly AppliancePartsPros processed my order and put it in the mail. I received it within a day. Once received my husband promptly put on the new control board and I have been back in business of doing my laundry. I would like to say thank you for your excellent customer service. Michael M Oregon , WI September 29, 2020 Appliance: Frigidaire Washer ATF7000FE1 My Frigidaire Affinity front load washer would not spin I went on you tube and found helpful videos. First I cleaned out the coin trap. Then checked the door lock, then replaced the pump. Finally I checked the main control board and found a burnt out resistor and diode. I ordered a new one from AppliancePartsPros and received it in 2 days. I installed it and we are washing clothes again. Super service. I can't thank AppliancePartsPros enough. Thank you. He took the control panel off the front of my large washer, got the part number off the board, and ordered the parts from your company!! Thank God and YOU!
