Replaced caster. To replace properly would have had to gut trash compactor. It took me a half hour of unscrewing different panels to realize this. Ended up bending a piece of metal hiding caster so that I could fit 2 fingers and an open end wrench onto nut. If I had to do it again, I would do it same way and it would take 15 minutes tops.
