I opened the back of the washer. Took a look and said "oh my God!!! Look at all this. I don't know how to take it apart. I can't even reach my arm in all the way. I'm not paying hundreds of dollars for a repair man. I can do this. So, I bought the part from the web site. It arrived in 3 days without any extra shipping. Once I had the part in hand I took my lap top down to the laundry room and started the video on how to replace a drain pump. I would watch every step, then pause the video and perform that step.
