Simple fix. You have to pull unit out about 6 inches. Remove trash drawer by pulling all the way out and lifting drawer out of track. Unscrew 6 metal screws at bottom to remove 2 flat trim pieces. This allows you to use a 15mm ? socket to remove the nut of frame roller assembly. The rollers are then easily removed. Install new parts in reverse order. Enjoy smooth rolling!
