I am thrilled to find you guys after a tech charged me hundreds to diagnose both machines through display error codes, rather than testing parts, quoting $120+ to repair and $1900+ on sale to replace. After his diagnosis, I ordered and installed a new washing machine pump using your very helpful video, but after still seeing the same code and discovering that a filter is built inside, I cleared it using your video and also replaced the drain hose, and it works great!. When I ran the diagnostics mode on each myself, I found very different issues than the tech had identified via the error codes, and you guys nicely talked me through questions. For the dryer, the tech had recommended replacing the motor and blower even though there was warm air and the drum was moving, which seemed odd, so I followed the diagnostics steps, called you guys, and got a duct brush to clean them. The hardest part was gathering the tools. Working with you guys, who are honest and helpful, I very happily saved landfill and cash!
