Terry H Gulf Breeze , FL July 08, 2017 Appliance: Model DLE5977W (ABWEEUS) No heat. Found the high heat thermostat was defective.I made the mistake of just replacing it instead of investing in the other parts while I had the dryer apart unit was 12 yrs old. The new high heat thermostat failed in a few days so I did what my gut instinct told me in the 1st place & replaced the heater, thermistor, blower thermostat an while I had it apart also replaced the drum seals & belt.
