Replaced the High Limit Thermostat, two Thermostats and two Moisture Sensing Bars. I don't know which part fixed the problem but I wasn't going to keep swapping parts and reassembling the dryer. Parts were cheap enough I decided to do them all (after the Thermister replacement did not fix the problem). The dryer is like new.
