Judy H Eatonton , GA July 17, 2019 Appliance: Model RF260BEAESR/AA03 Hinge pin grommet missing, door was not closing correctly, hinge was wearing down Ordered door hinge and grommet, did not need to order a grommet, one came with the hinge. Watched the video on how to take the door off, my refrigerator was a little different than the video but I figured it out.
