First I watched YouTube Videos to diagnose my problem. Once I diagnosed the problem I found great YouTube videos with instructions for replacing the part. Then I took the drum out and replaced the hub. Finally, I watched another YouTube video for recalibrating my washer and resetting the factory settings.
The entire process was easy and enjoyable! I'm so happy I found the part online and it was shipped to me in two days. The most important part is I didn't have to buy a new washer and my wife's happy!
