Brian H San Pablo , CA July 27, 2019 Appliance: Model MAYTAG WASHER CENTENIAL Leaking at bottom Replaced tub seal. It was a big challenge for me since it was the first time I do something like that. It was just a worn-out little seal at the bottom but in order to get to it, I had to dissemble almost the entire machine. I felt pretty good afterward. Scott R Lawrenceburg , IN January 20, 2024 Appliance: Maytag Washer MVWX655DW1 The drive hub was bad. I ordered the drive clutch, the drive hub, and replaced both of them. Only needed the hub, but since I had it apart I went ahead and did both anyhow. The videos were a great help in getting these repairs done. Having them simplifies the repair process. The parts went in without an issue. A $100 fix is better than spending a $1000 on a new washer. Videos were a big help, parts were delivered quickly and they were the right parts. The last time I had to repair an appliance Sears parts centers were still in business. With the videos, this service was as seemless and efficient as Sears was. In fact it was better due to the access of the videos. Minus the wait for parts. Even then I didn’t have to leave the house. Thanks for the help, & look forward to using your service in the future. Lori H Coloma , WI July 24, 2023 Not spinning clothes dry. Soppy wet clothes. Previously 2 years had a repairman fixed the same issue. He was very knowledgeable and I watched him fix it. I did the same this time without a service call or a markup on the parts. Was an easy fix. Thank you for the parts availability and your videos. Read More... Robert R Phoenixville , PA February 13, 2020 Appliance: Maytag Washer MVWC425BW1 The hub on the washer drum stripped out. First I watched YouTube Videos to diagnose my problem. Once I diagnosed the problem I found great YouTube videos with instructions for replacing the part. Then I took the drum out and replaced the hub. Finally, I watched another YouTube video for recalibrating my washer and resetting the factory settings. The entire process was easy and enjoyable! I'm so happy I found the part online and it was shipped to me in two days. The most important part is I didn't have to buy a new washer and my wife's happy! Read More...
