Ordered replacement ice bin (bin only) from you. Apparently, Samsung thinks it is a good idea to sell this part (It has the samsung logo on it and on the shipping box) minus an essential small rectangle of plastic in which there is a magnet. Without magnet ice-off light will flash and not turn off - and not make ice, since the machine will not detect the new ice bin. Calls and chats with Samsung were useless, and they "DETERMINED THAT WE NEED A SERVICE CALL AND MOST LIKELY A WHOLE NEW ICE MAKER". We knew that was wrong, since removing the magnet by hand from the old ice bin, and placing it in the empty hole in the new one made it work perfectly. Am not sure if Appliance Pros is a knowledgeable participant in this scam, but it is a perfect catch 22. Also, could not find the magnet as a part for this refrigerator in manual or on line.
