I simply gave the the model number for my fridge and explained what was going on with my ice bucket (it was making a horrible noise when we tried to get ice), the representative we spoke to helped us determine exactly what was wrong and found the exact part we needed. 3 days later our part was delivered by FedEx and it was as simple as removing the broken part and swapping for the new one (took less than 5 mins).
