After watching the video, I ordered all 3 pieces. It may be helpful to note that I had to use vice grips and a fair amount of force to remove the shaft due to internal icing. I also had to remove the auger motor and let it defrost as the ice had formed in the hex drive portion and would not allow the shaft to be reinserted. I'm glad I watched their video as I was going to order an auger motor, but was able to replace the shaft, seal, and coupler instead.
