Trouble shot the problem with one of the AppliancePartsPros and she came to the same conclusion: cold air fan from the freezer inoperable. Everything was done professionally. When the fan arrived (within 48 hours...OUTSTANDING!) I began to unload the freezer to remove the back panel and replace the fan. Then I saw the ICE....LOTS OF ICE over the airflow inlets. Removed the drawers, got the old ladies hair dryer and in 30 minutes I was making ice cubes again. Needed a thorough defrost to fix the system. Now I have a brand new fan if the old one ever wets and bed.
