I found out the cutting grid had a broken wire. I took it out cleaned the machine really good and found I could purchase a new grid from AppliancePartsPros.com. The part wad delivered in a couple of days so I slid it in and stared the ice maker. Low and behold it fixed the problem and I have plenty of ice. now.
