Called sears for repair. Diagnosed that the ice maker was not allowing water to enter in when the cycle was complete. I saw that it was a simple fix, and saved about $300 by doing it myself. Order the ice maker from appliancePartsPros.com and simply replaced the ice maker myself - easy peasy.
Side note, the parts ordered from the site was delivered within 24 hours when I didn't select expedited shipping. I was amazed at the timely delivery.
