Diagnosed that the ice maker was not allowing water to enter in when the cycle was complete. I saw that it was a simple fix, and saved about $300 by doing it myself. Clyde H Lockport , LA May 23, 2014 Appliance: Model SAMSUNG FRENCH DOOR REFRIGERATOR No longer making crushed ice Read on internet as what to do, found info on your sight, located the part needed, which was a defective ice tray bucket which included the auger, and teeth assembly. Took the front off the assembly, and noticed the C ring and washer were on the bottom of the tray. The shaft that held the c ring had broken. Read that the assembly was not repairable, so I ordered part from you and when received it, just installed it and everything worked fine.
