Bennie N San Antonio , TX June 08, 2019 Appliance: Model KSS42QMB03 Ice maker was working, but not dispensing ice I went on you tube to see what the problem could be. Turns out the top of the auger motor drive shaft was worn to the point it would no longer turn the blades in the ice bucket. I ordered the drive shaft and the ice bucket coupling from AppliancePartsPro. They arrived much quicker than expected 24-48 hours. From the video supplied with the order by APP I was able to repair the ice maker in no more than 15 minutes. Now my wife is happy and for a $45 order I was able to prevent an expensive service call.
