Robert M Richmond , VA November 01, 2016 Appliance: Model ON INSIDE OF DISHWASHER Kitchen aid dishwasher only 6 years old and all the control panels flashed and dishwasher would not work Talked to a coworker who has used your service and he convinced us to try and fix this instead of buying a new one. Reading through your website, we saw similar people writing in with same problem so isolated the problem to two parts-Electronic Control board or Control panel. Replaced the Control panel and it immediately was fixed! Knew we could return the other part for a refund too.
