I unplugged the mixer and unscrewed and removed the end cap. I took a picture of where the wires went on the phase control board, with my cell phone. After unplugging the wires, I unscrewed the phase control board and removed it. I put some thermal grease on the back of the new phase control board before installing it. I turned the screw on the bottom of the speed control assembly all the way in because I thought it was loose. That caused the mixer to run only at high speed. So I unplugged the mixer again, removed the end cap, and unscrewed the bottom screw out to where it was before. The mixer then ran through all the speeds perfectly! So I recommend not to touch any adjustments on any other assemblies if you are not replacing them.
