Whirlpool WPW10325124 Stand Mixer Phase Control Board OEM Part

I read a few of your reviews and found that a, "Phase Control Board" may be the problem. It was! Talk about easy to install... It was super easy! I decided to order the, "Speed Control Plate" also as a precaution (Shipping was one price - and it arrived the very next day, Wow! I didn't expect that.) With my screwdriver and good lighting. I fixed it myself! My husband is still in shock. I used forceps to install the, "Speed Control Plate," because I needed something to hold the tension wire - at the bottom. I noticed the center of my old control plate was worn through. Everything works great! Youtube has wonderful videos to help. Thank you again, Alice F. Kansas

I bought a new speed control plate and phase control board. Since I was ordering these parts, I ordered two new motor brushes as well. All parts arrived two days after ordering, and mixer is back up and running fine.

I bought the 3 components- Speed Control Plate, Speed Governor, and Phase Control Board after researching what components could be the culprit of the issue. I started out by replacing the speed control board and the governor, which had no effect on the issue. I replaced the Phase Control Board and the issue was resolved. All in all about 1.5 hours of work to do all 3 parts from tear down to button-up.

I purchased a new speed control plate, governor, phase control board and seal. As long as I was fixing it, I just changed everything. As I was removing the old, I found one wire had broken off the control plate and had to replace the flag connector on the wire.(white wire) I followed the videos and they were great!! I would not have known about the speed control adjustments and would have taken the screws out without thinking. The repairs went easy as the video. I checked the adjustment and had the right revolutions at low and 6. However I did not have any different speed above 6. It seemed to be dragging a bit. I took off the planetary and cleaned and applied new grease, put it back together and then had the higher speeds. Magic?? Back in business!! I ordered the parts on a Tuesday morning, they were shipped within a short time, I think less than a hour and had them in my hands the next day. Hard to believe they came so fast (FED EX) I am glad I found you! Thanks!

Replaced the phase control board and worm gear. While I had it apart I cleaned it out and replaced the grease which was breaking down and dripping.
