Well I have to admit this it the first time I actually worked on this type of washer. Once I found out where the leak was I did a google search and it brought me to this style with this company. After I searched for the piece and then confirmed it was the issue and searched the site where it asked about similar issues and then I confirmed that was the issue. As some other reviews stated it was harder to take apart and put the washer back together then actually replacing the part. I have to let everyone know that this company has to be one of the best companies to deal with their customer service and their attention to detail is by far the best I've dealt with, The parts were exactly what was needed, the service was perfect, the items were supposed to be here in 2-5 business days and they were in my hands next day. AWESOME company all the way and all parts are OEM parts.
