Michael P The Villages , FL August 03, 2023 Both levers were grungy and could not be cleaned and the ice guide broke off. I moved into a new house and the previous owners had left the dispenser unit dirty and grungy. I replaced the Ice Dispenser Lever, the Water Lever and the Ice Dispenser Guide. The website video gave clear instructions on how to do so. While I was in there I thoroughly cleaned all the crud that was in all the nooks and crannies on the plastic pieces. It looks like new now.
