According to LG site error code is Refrigerator Fan. I removed the current fan by taking out the shelves. Then removing the bottom left track that is held in by 2 screws and a tab. Then you remove the plenum in the back. To do so, remove 2 screws under that hold the middle rack support. You need to lift up the covers that cover the screws. Once you have done that, pull down on the plenum, then pull forward and remove. You need to un-plug the fan to remove the plenum. Once that is done, you can remove the assembly and easily remove the fan. I did this to get the PN. Once the part arrived did the same to replace fan. No error code since.
