Mark S Braselton , GA January 09, 2017 Appliance: Model LFXS30766S Lg french door refrigerator with e rf error code (model lxfs30766s) According to LG site error code is Refrigerator Fan. I removed the current fan by taking out the shelves. Then removing the bottom left track that is held in by 2 screws and a tab. Then you remove the plenum in the back. To do so, remove 2 screws under that hold the middle rack support. You need to lift up the covers that cover the screws. Once you have done that, pull down on the plenum, then pull forward and remove. You need to un-plug the fan to remove the plenum. Once that is done, you can remove the assembly and easily remove the fan. I did this to get the PN. Once the part arrived did the same to replace fan. No error code since. Nelline S Trinity , TX October 02, 2020 Appliance: Model 79574033411 KENMORE ELITE REFRIGERATOR Started out the ice maker wasn't working. OMG, there were videos to tell me just how and what to take off to get to the repair. It was amazing. It was a challenge knowing I could do it as a woman. We ended up changing about 6 to 8 parts..ice maker, water valve, three fans, thermostats. Was about to change out the control board when I found out the compressor was still in warranty. There was a little light on the control board which appliancepartspros personnel even walked me thru that it was either the control board or the compressor which was causing a flashing light on the control board to flash. I ended up calling Sears and had a service tech come out and tell me if it was compressor and he determined it was and changed it out with little cost for other parts. Appliancepartspros was so helpful. They walked me thru replacing the ice maker on three refrigerators. I'm a pro now and a woman of age 74 at that. Jim N Sequim , WA September 03, 2017 Appliance: Model LFXS30766S (02) I needed to replace condenser and evaporator motors in my lg refrigerator I spoke with Erika G in customer support. Based on the error messages on the refrigerator she quickly identified the proper parts and provided both a parts diagram and a YouTube video to help with the replacement project. Accessing the motors is a bit tricky but doable if you take your time. It is necessary to remove all of the shelving and some of the side panels. The refrigerator was back up and running in just a couple of hours. Read More... 2 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 2+ hours Tools: Screwdrivers, Socket Set
