After watching repair videos, I decided I could order the parts needed and do it myself for less than a service call, not to mention the additional cost for parts markup and installation that a service technician would charge. I am very pleased that I did. I ordered the start relay, overload and capacitor with some help from Ilya at customer service to make sure I was getting the correct replacements. Installation was easy. The hardest thing was contorting my body into a position where I could see what I was doing. The only problem I encountered was that the capacitor terminals were farther apart than the original. I simply cut the plastic on the wiring harness into two parts so I could plug in the wires. I also used a can of compressed air to clean the dust off of everything. My refrigerator is back to it's normal self for $35 including shipping. Thank you AppliancePartsPros!
