William M Oxford , PA October 30, 2015 Lost all power looked at control board and saw that it had burned Ordered new board by looking up part for Kenmore refrigerators. Found the part on your website and ordered and had shipped over-night. Took me about 10 minutes to change board, fixed the problem.
