I replaced the melted deflector plate and the damaged igniter glowbar. The parts came in a timely manner and fixed the problem. The original deflector plate was poorly designed and the igniter glowbar melted it thus also ruining the glowbar. New deflector plate had a cutout over the glowbar so this should not happen again.
