Anthony P Fontana , CA January 26, 2016 Microwave door not opening locked in closed position Your reprensentative recommended replacement door latch bracket. Opened microwave by removing top. Easily swapped out bracket. Entire process took less than 20 minutes. I did need a special security screw bit/tip to remove screws for back panel. Thanks for everything!!
