James R San Jose , CA April 02, 2019 Appliance: Model KENMORE 721.63259300 Microwave turntable stopped turning. Determined what the issue was. The shaft on the motor that goes into the rotating ring had become fused together and broke. Ordered a new motor and ring assembly. Replaced both and problem solved.
